Siteplan Data

If you are planning a home extension or carrying out a small building project, you will probably need to apply for planning permission from your local authority. Siteplan data is provided in TIFF format (widely accepted by most PCs). This product can easily to emailed to your inbox

Scales available: 1:500 1:1250 1:2500

All images are A4 size

Prices: 1:500 & 1:1250 only £21.74 - 1:2500 Rural areas £29.96 & 1:2500 Urban areas £83.90 (prices include VAT)

Rural applies to sparsely settled or agricultural areas. Urban relates to towns or cities

For planning application purposes Local Authorities normally require a map thats 200m by 200m (4 hectares) at a scale of 1:1250

Siteplan Data has been replaced by OS Sitemap™ (Feb 2007)

About the product:

OS Sitemap provides customers with extracts of Ordnance Survey mapping in a number of different formats and to different scales. It is has been developed to suit the requirements of a broad range of customers - from private individuals requiring a paper map to large design and engineering organisations wanting map data to be used within a computer system.

OS Sitemap is available in hard copy and electronic media. These are:

Paper (a printed hardcopy) - Link
Tagged Image File Format (TIFF) - Link
Data Exchange Format (DXF™) or DWG™ - Link

It is available in a range of output scales to suit individual needs and in a number of different colour combinations.

OS Sitemap provides a detailed and seamless view of topography of Great Britain, surveyed at one of three basis scales: 1:1250, 1:2500 and 1:10 000.
