Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, JCB, Solo, Maestro, Switch & Visa Delta or PayPal... We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Shipping And Handling All e-mail purchased are sent out free

All Ordnance Survey customised planning products are posted free and 1st class (this does not include off the shelf products such as the Explorer or Landranger range)

Geoplan postcode products cost £4.52 each

All other products are based on the weight and charged according to the Royal Mails pricing structure

In the case of any deficiency or damage to goods despatched to the customer a telephone or personal notification should be made, supported by a written notifiation within 7 days of receipt.

Delivery Schedule We post out your order right away. We will post your order the same business day (if received by 4pm) .

Deliveries are normally sent via 1st class post, unless otherwise indicated in your order form. We do not post abroad at the moment.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Please note that the majority of our products (paper maps) are VAT exempt.

All digital maps (by email/CDrom/floppy ect.) have VAT added. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
